Meet Dr Anna Nott

Dr Anna Nott is a General Practitioner (GP) with over 15 years of clinical experience, specialising in Women’s Health, Hormone Health, Weight Management, Functional and Longevity Medicine.
She combines the best of conventional general practice with systems-based diagnostics and integrative approaches to deliver thoughtful, personalised care.
She supports patients experiencing acute and chronic symptoms, or complex health issues that benefit from a more comprehensive, root-cause approach.
Professional Background
Dr Nott graduated from Cardiff University in 2008 and began her medical career in acute medicine in Sydney. On returning to the UK, she moved to London to complete her GP training and has since worked for more than a decade in NHS general practice.
Dr Nott is currently a GP Trainer for GP Trainees at the University College London.
Alongside her clinical work, she has held leadership roles in women’s health, cancer care, and medical education. As Camden’s GP Cancer Lead, she contributed to the development of the internationally adopted QFIT bowel cancer screening pathway.
Dr Nott is a member of the Institute Functional Medicine, British College Functional Medicine, British Society Lifestyle Medicine and General Medical Council.

Dr Notts’ philosophy is rooted in prevention, integration, and self empowerment. Her consultations are structured and in-depth, combining detailed case histories, clinical insight, and specialist functional testing where appropriate. Treatment plans are co-created with patients and tailored to their needs—ranging from nutritional interventions, lifestyle strategies, and targeted supplementation through to hormone support and conventional medicine when clinically indicated.
She believes that health is not simply the absence of disease, but the presence of vitality — with our body, mind and spirit working in harmony, both today and into the future.
